1. What kind of products do you sell?

We specialise exclusively in dresses — carefully curated to reflect timeless vintage charm and modern bohemian elegance. Each piece is chosen with love to help you feel confident, beautiful, and effortlessly stylish.

2. Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the United States only, but we’re working on expanding in the future! Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

  • We offer free shipping on all US orders — no minimum spend required.

4. How do I return a dress?

You can return your dress within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Just email us at support@looklabgroup.com with your order number to get started.

5. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. We’ll send a confirmation as soon as it's issued.

6. Can I exchange a dress for another size or style?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different dress or size, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order at your convenience.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all securely processed in USD ($).

8. How do I know what size to order?

Each dress includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure or in-between sizes, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

9. My dress arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

Oh no — we’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@looklabgroup.com, and we’ll make things right with a full refund or replacement, including return shipping.
